非开挖管道修复和松软地基综合治理技术研讨

925,我分公司总经理和市政检测所所长,一行三人作为专家受邀参加了第二届全国非开挖管道修复技术的研讨会。非开挖管道修复技术中首先被应用的是原位固结法(CIPP),在1971年被发明后,在欧美、日本等西方发达国家得到了大量的应用,该技术不会阻断交通、不破坏绿地植被、不影响沿路周边商店等,施工快速,尤其在交通流量大,综合效益好,所以,在不具备开挖修复的道路中优势更明显。

上世纪九十年代,常州建科院董事长从日本引进此项技术后即交给我分公司开展此项工作在国内研究与应用,但受国内环境作影响,政府部门还未对地下管线的修复引起足够的重视,迟迟未能得到发展。随着近些年来,爆管、地陷、水淹全城、排污管道的污染事件等日益频发,带来了一些列的灾难事故,给社会正常运行和和谐稳造成严重影响,政府部门也出台了各项规定,要求尽快有效加以解决。

作为国内最早开展此项工作的企业,在前期积累了相当的研究成果,结合管道外软弱地基处理工程实际应用,取得了丰富的经验。在2012年杨江金院长作为负责人的院士工作站成立,引进了中国科学院宋振骐院士及其带领的团队,为这项工作的开展又奠定了更好的技术学术基础,从理论到施工实践再到材料控制,能提供成系统的解决方案。所以,此次研讨会,我公司专家结合前期工作和国内区别于国外,情况更复杂,和美国专家Daniel Bodendorfer 、英国专家Mark Pearson、日本专家石川博士、中国地质大学教授马保松等专家进行了充分的研讨,为此项工作在国内进一步的推广应用做了点有益的尝试和基础性铺垫工作。


    September 25, 2014, a trio including branch manager of the company and municipal director as the experts were invited to attend Explanation of the Technical Specification for Sower Pipeline Trenchless Rehab & the 2Nd China National Pipeline Rehab Summit.

CIPP(Cured in Place Pipe) invented in 1971 as the first trenchless pipe rehabilitation technology is broadly shared by the United States , Japan and other western countries. Comparing with traditional methods, this technique  has no traffic confliction, no destroying the green vegetation, no affecting the surrounding shops along the road, and has more obvious advantages especially in heavy traffic or road facilities in the absence of these excavation conditions because of its fast construction speed and good general benefit.

In the 1990s, the technique was introduced from Japan to our subsidiary in the hope of further research and applying at home by the chairman of Changzhou Architectural Research Institute Co.Ltd. However, due to the domestic situation, this technique of Pipeline Trenchless Rehab has not obtained to value enough by the Government departments, and has not had a good development in last years.

In recent years, as tube explosion, subsidence, flooding the city, the sewage pipe pollution events occur more frequently, which destroy many people's daily life and bring many unstable elements and accidents to the society. In such a social context, government departments issued a series of different regulations that this should be settled as soon as possible.

As one of the earliest domestic research enterprise, our company has made many research results and has lots of experiences in the work of outside pipe soft foundation treatment engineering.

In 2012, the Chinese Academy of Sciences academician workstation unveiled, established by the head of our company  Yang Jiangjin, the introduction of academician Song Zhenqi team gives the foundation of basic academic technique  from theory or material controlling to practice, including providing the system solutions .

Therefore, based on the earlier work and the situation both at home and abroad, the professors of the company, US expert Daniel Bodendorfer, British expert Mark Pearson, Japanese expert Dr. ShiChuan and professor Ma Baosong of China University of Geosciences discussed the problem in detail in the seminar, which would be a useful basic groundwork and a nice try for this work to further development in country.
